Vegan Peanut Butter Molasses Muffins
Say Hello to your new favorite Autumn Breakfast. These plant based goodies are packed full of fuel for your day. Let’s skip the pleasantries and hop right into cute pics and the recipe shall we.
Here we go.
Recipe
1 1/2 cup flour (we have to use the Redmill 1:1 Gluten Free Ratio)
1 Banana
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 cup cane Sugar
Wet Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/3 cup alternative milk (we love oat milk)
3 tbsp Molasses (if you do not have molasses, maple syrup will work just fine)
1/2 cup grapeseed or olive oil
Directions
Preheat Oven to 415 degrees f
Oil a muffin pan
fill each muffin spot with 1/2 cup wet batter
Bake for about 23 mins and check with toothpick
Let cool and Enjoy!
