Hunters Favorite Vegan Breakfast Batter
Girl yes I just gave you permission to eat cake batter for breakfast. Bring out your inner Kate Spade and dig in.
During these uncertain times in Quarantine (or whenever you are reading this hopefully it is over with! We have run low on certain staple items in the house and thus have had to get creative with our meals.
Luckily for me, I have ended up with some super fun, innovative, new content for all of you! That brings me to this, our super chocolatey delicious bowl here is packed with nutrients, and protein.
I offered to make Hunter his morning shake and wanted to find a way to turn it into a bowl meal with extra toppings and benefits.
He can attest, it was amazing.
Okay I am going to get into the ingredients and lay this all out for you so get ready to save the recipe your kids and hubby will add to their new “fav list”.
Recipe
This recipe will give you 1 bowl of breakfast batter.
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 1/4 Cup Natural Unsweetened Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup PB2 Powder
- 1/2 Cup Plant Based Milk
- 2 TBSP Raw Cacao Powder
- 1/4 Cup Blueberries
Toppings
- Toasted Coconut Flakes
- Hemp Hearts
- Crushed Flax Seeds
- Cacao Nibs
- Fresh Mint Leaves
