Your New Favorite Grab & Go Breakfast

While we were in Montana I got to go to www.mountainberrybowls.com And I got one of their acai smoothie bowls (and by one of them I mean 4), But this sparked an even deeper interest and love for smoothie bowls.  I decided to put mine in a mason jar and WOW NO REGRETS it is soooooo cute.  My next step is to start Tulleshed Smoothie Trucks who’s down!

Okay, listen up ya’ll. Clearly not every person on the face of the earth can have these beautiful, dynamic, colorful and delicious smoothie bowls every morning like, excuse me Annalisa but I need to get to work by 7.

Here is what you do, grab every mason jar you own, and lay those bad boys out on the kitchen table.

FILL your blender with bananas, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, greens, seeds, dates, and anything else your little heart desires.

Add a bit of plant based milk

blend like your life depends on it.

Okay now, you have a huge amount of smoothie, fill your little mason jars and throw them in the freezer.

Now each morning, your breakfast or lunch is prepped and ready, when you get to work, throw it in the fridge and once you are ready to eat, it will still be nice and thick and semi frozen.

Prep grab and go bags of granola to top your bowl with each day and enjoy.
