5 Styles to Try out in 2022

Colorful Classy

This is a fun one and I think within the coming weeks (March) we will see a lot more color. To keep this outfit fun, take any serious looking office outfit and add pastel. Stick to the pallet above or related light colors like blush (just think spring). Use soft textiles like linen, cashmere, and chiffon. This vibe is all about femininity and fun.

Neutrals Only

Brown and Beige baby. Not only are they back but they are better than ever. These tones took the monochrome trend by storm last year and I think we will only see more of them. To keep this look fun and exciting play with materials and textures like the photos above.

Comfy Queen

New matching lounge sets are crazy expensive right now but have no fear vintage menswear is here. Play with retro grey sweatpants, college crewnecks, and chunky shoes for an effortless “errends” vibe. The matching new sets are adorable and perfect for grabbing coffee. Dress these up with minimal jewelry, sunglasses and a cute bag.

Basics Baby

Blue Jeans, white tees, blazers, graphics, all the wonderful components that make a solid lineup. This takes capsule wardrobe and extends it into a more wearable set. Secure a couple different styles of jeans (or those faux leather straight legged pants that are really in right now). This is all about easy throw on pieces to get you out the door looking good.

Trendy Minimal

In the trends over the last few years there has been a huge surge of preppy styled basics. I think the mini skirt is going to make a MASSIVE recovery in 2022. I think the year of the *maxi* is taking a back seat, look toward mini cami dresses, fun layering, creamy tones and minimal branding. I might just have to do a post on 5 trends that are out for sure and monogram sets are at the top of my list.

Have fun dressing up this year
